TIVOLI HOMES – SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY
1. ORGANIZER
This promotion is organized by Tivoli Homes, a company operating in the State of Oklahoma, United States (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion will begin on January 1, 2026 and will end on December 31, 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

Only individuals aged 21 or older may be awarded prizes. In the event that a minor is selected as a winner, a legal guardian or parent over the age of 21 must be present at the time of prize delivery and will be responsible for receiving the prize on the minor’s behalf.
Employees, affiliates, contractors, and immediate family members of Tivoli Homes may be excluded from participation at the Organizer’s discretion.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Any eligible user who meets the stated requirements may participate
Additional participation requirements:

Participants must have an active social media account with authentic engagement (no fake accounts or bots)

Accounts created solely for giveaways or showing repetitive participation in multiple giveaways may be disqualified at the Organizer’s discretion

Only one entry per person/account may be considered unless otherwise stated
Only entries that fully comply with the stated requirements will be considered valid.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
5. PRIZES
The prize(s) will be described in the official promotion post on Tivoli Homes official profiles such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Zillow and LinkedIn.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary

The Organizer does not guarantee any warranty beyond that provided by the manufacturer, if applicable
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected at random using third-party tools designed to ensure fairness and transparency, such as but not limited to:
These tools operate independently and are not subject to manipulation by the Organizer.
The selection process will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner and in accordance with the method described in the official promotion post.

It is the participant’s responsibility to monitor their messages and notifications.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 30 days after the winner has been announced on Tivoli Homes’ social media platforms, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. PRIZE DELIVERY
The Organizer will coordinate the delivery of prizes based on the specific conditions outlined in each promotion.

The Organizer reserves the right to decide whether the prize will be:

8. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
In the event that a selected winner does not respond or fails to claim the prize within the established timeframe:

If no response is received within 36 hours after initial contact, the Organizer may attempt a second notification

If the winner fails to respond within the 30-day claim period, the prize will be considered forfeited
Any unclaimed or forfeited prizes may be reassigned, reserved for future promotions, or donated at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
9. PRIZE CLAIM PROCESS AND VALIDATION

13. PRIZE CLAIM DEADLINE
Winners will have up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of announcement to claim their prize.

14. SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

19. INTEGRITY OF THE PROMOTION
Any attempt by a participant to manipulate, alter, or compromise the integrity of the promotion will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal action.
